Which is the true gospel?
Jesus taught his disciples to honor the Laws of God, that observing His Instructions is the pathway of life. Paul taught the Laws of God were not given by God, were temporary, passing away and nailed to the cross of Jesus and set aside since his writtings (50’s CE). Both cannot be true. The fact is the first recorded teaching of Jesus in the New Testament is “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” If this principle taught by Jesus is true, then we must compare the words of God from the Hebrew Scripture and the Dead Sea Scrolls Bible to our current Bibles and identify where quotes of the Hebrew Scripture have been altered that have deceived us from what God Taught. Christian Bibles are certainly NOT the inerrent words of God, and many things in the New Testament testify AGAINST the direct and explicit words that were given by God – if the Hebrew Scriptures are true. If the Hebrew accounts are not true, then why pretend to have a “Bible”?
According to the Teachings from God in the unaltered Scriputure, on what basis is one to find forgiveness and restoration of relationship with God to be attained; on what basis did He say we are to find “elevation” in our relationship to Him? Anyone should see from the Teachings of God that He requires us to cease what is evil or unjust and then do what He said is upright (righteousness). His Instructions to Cain say He requires our doing what He said we are capable and responisible to do. His Instructions through Moses don’t require blood sacrifice for forgiveness either, and “the covenant” is said to be the Ten Decrees. We must also note the Ten Decrees have broad application and not pretend to find loopholes to avoid doing what He declared just and upright in His sight.
Isaiah opens with the plea of God that Israel cease her wickedness and do what is just and right in His sight by living according to His Covenant (the Ten Decrees). Isaiah 1 is the chapter where we find God saying “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow.” According to God this cleansing is the result of abandoning evil to to what is upright in His sight – to live according to the covenant – the Ten Dcrees. He said we do this ourselves, it is our responsibility to change how we live – not His, and He mentions nothing of blood sacrifices to cleanse the sinner of their sin.
Carefully read the gospel account of Matthew; it is the only account reported to have been written by Jesus’ disciples early in history, prior to 40 CE in Hebrew (85 in Greek, which altered the Hebrew account). Jesus made no claim to divinity in the Hebrew Matthew, nor did he claim his blood was a sacrifice for sin, or that his righteousness would be imparted to anyone but himself.
The gospel of John reports to have been written by one of his disciples, but it wildly testifies against the Matthew account, presents Jesus as a demi-God (the Word made flesh), and alters the Everlasting Covenant of God to say that claiming faith in Jesus as the “Lamb slain from the foundation of the earth” covers sin – which defies the Teachings, Covenant and Promises of God.
How could John testify against what he’d collectively written with the other disciples in Matthew? In John he says that the women didn’t know Jesus had resurrected from the dead! In Matthew he had written that the women went to see the tomb and were told of his resurrection and to go and tell his disciples about it. Since the account in John directly testifies against Matthew it’s impossible that “John” is true. Second, in John, Jesus said his words could by no means pass away, where we can clearly see from the Hebrew Matthew that the Greek Matthew perverted Jesus’ teachings. Matthew is totally about the testimony and teachings of Jesus being in alignment to the Covenant of God, and John gives almost no teachings of Jesus if we compare Matthew to John. For what reason must we be required to believe John is true?
Understand Matthew and you won’t be deceived by the rest of the spurious accounts in the “New Testament.”
Decades of study has exposed ample evidence that Christian Scripture has been altered, specifically to lead away from the Instructions and Teachings God gave from the beginning. If we love and serve God, we must honor and observe His instructions about righteousness and justice if we are to be set free from lies that bind and imprison us from His Truth. Believing lies against God and His Teachings to mankind are the “prison houses” Isaiah spoke of in chapter 42. Jesus said his disciples are to live by the Teachings given by God Almighty. Open your eyes and your mind ot the Teachings of God. This is what Jesus taught. This is how others knew the disciples had been with Jesus.
God didn’t say the “Law” was “613 Commandments”, this was a Jewish Rabbi’s invention from the 1200’s. What did God say? According to Moses in Deuteronomy 4:13 the Law centers in keeping the Ten Decrees (ten commandments) as given by God. This is also in accord with Exodus 20. Starting with Deuteronomy 4:5: “See, I have taught you decrees and ordinances, as YHWH, my God, has commanded me, to do so in the midst of the Land to which you come, to possess it. You shall safeguard and perform them, for it is your wisdom and discernment in the eyes of the peoples, who shall hear all these decres and who shall say, “Surely a wise and discerning people is this great nation!” For which is a great nation that has a God Who is close to it, as is YHWH, our God, when ever we call to Him? And which is a great nation that has righteous decrees and ordinances, such as this entire Teaching that I place before you this day? Only beware for yourself and greatly beware for your soul, lest you forget the things that your eyes have beheld and lest you remove them from your heart all the days of your life, and make them known to your children and your children’s children – the day that you stood before YHWH your God, at Horeb, when YHWH said to me, “Gather the people to Me and I shall let them hear My words, so that they shall learn to fear Me all the days that they live on the earth, and they shall teach their children.”…. 13. “He told you of His covenant that He commanded you to observe, the Ten Declarations, and He inscribed them on two stone tablets.” We also see in the supporting history and Prophets that the Teachings of God to Israel was that they keep the “Covenant” in their dispersion from the land, and that their restoration to the Land was to be based upon their establishing justice and righteousness as it was in their days of old – not through defying the Ten Decrees and becoming Secular. I was amazed to see how secular Jews have become. This “teacher” of Isreal is teaching they don’t have a history – it’s non existant except through the lense of modern Judaism. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8XSvobwVzI&t=22s
Anyone who reads and observes the words of YHWH, and is taught by the first Teaching of Jesus (Yeshua/Yahshua) in Matthew can observe there are 10 Commandments – not seven, and God certainly NEVER said there are “613” either. It’s no wonder Jesus warned the Jews about listening to their “Rabbi’s” and “Sages.” One thousand “rabbi’s of record” cannot over-rule one true prophet of God. Rabbi’s have deluded themselves when they teach that 1001 Rabbi’s can over-rule 1000 true prophets of God. Jews also teach the Torah was given exclusively to them and not to all nations, but we can see that God desires all men see His decrees are given that we may live! and that we can know of His blessing and wisdom – but Jews and Rome have been busy to delude mankind from the will of God for thousands of years. It’s time to awaken to the Truth YAHOVAH desires from men of all nations, that they may choose what God said are completely just, reliable and righteous standards to live by that He will bless.
Perhaps the greatest lie in Christian scripture is that due to the “fall” of Adam and Eve in Eden, all subsequent persons are abjectly fallen from the presense of God and unable to do good because of their “fallen” human nature. This is what Paul taught, but YAHOVAH nor Jesus ever said any such thing.
Jesus taught we are able to do good. God spoke truth; God told Cain, after the “fall”, that he could find restoration in his relationship to God by repenting of wrong to do what was right in His sight. It was not just that God said Cain was capable to repent and do what was right, but that it was also his responsibility to do so. God, through Cain, declared each person is capable and responsible to improve himself!
Here’s what God clearly told him – from the Hebrew to English translations of Genesis:
“Why are you annoyed, and why has your countenance fallen? Surely, if you improve yourself, you will be forgiven. But if you do not improve yourself, sin rests at the door. Its desire is toward you, yet you can conquer it.”
God gave mankind Instructions through the Hebrew Holy Scripture – Teachings whereby we are set free to know the wisdom and blessings of God through careful observation to do the will of God, which is to “serve God.” Many Christians are unaware of this, but the NAME of God is a verb, not a noun, Each of His names in the Hebrew Scripture identifies His actions related to the word or event, which helps explain why YHWH, The Great “I Am”, is His NAME. He also identifies who we are by what we do, as Adam was created of the dust of the earth in His image, to subdue the earth in righteousness and true justice – a concept that seems to have been lost to the majority of mankind today. Jesus taught that by our words we will be judged and by our deeds we will be convicted – whether good, or evil. What we say and do matters. Stop trusting in fake “Grace” and know what God declared true and reject those who lie against the Teachings of God – whether Jew or not. God is no respector of persons, but judges all by His Teachings and Everlasting Covenant – the Ten Decrees as given at Mount Sinai.
It can be easily observed that Jesus (Yeshua) was teaching proper understanding and application of the Instructions of God (the Ten Decrees and associated Scriptures). Note Jesus’ teachings very carefully in Matthew, especially the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus upheld the Ten Decrees to the least of the commandments and to the detail of every letter in the Hebrew Law and Prophets. Jesus didn’t condemn anyone to hell for failing to keep every single commandment perfectly, and neither did God. Those who reject observing the Ten Decrees as given to all at Sinai are those who have rejected God and life because He said they are our life – to choose life that we may live! God is not just concerned about Himself, He is very concerned that we live uprightly towards each other and towards Him.
When we don’t live justly there is no majic wand to wave over the unjust and declare them righteous, neither is there a magic cracker. Jesus came to call us from iniquity (lawlessness) to do justly (righteousness). In the Hebrew Matthew, Jesus never claimed to be the “Son of God” as taught by Paul and Rome. Neither did Jesus say his blood covers the sins of anyone who rebels against the Teachings of YHWH! We have been deceived by Fake Scriptures that repeatedly reference the writings of a known liar as though the lies were the words of God Himself. God isn’t mocked. “It’s in the book1” is no defence if the book has altered and spoken against the Teachings given by God to bless men of all the nations of the earth.
God is not bound to uphold lies that testify falsely of His Instruction. The account in Genesis of the words of the serpant altering His Instruction prove this is true. Also, if it is wrong to testify falsely against your fellow, how can it not be thousands of times worse to testify falsely of the Instructions of God? Pay attention to every word of God – this is the first teaching of Jesus (Yahshua) in Matthew! God made man in His image – not the image of Satan. Those who deceive people away from what God taught and declared are those who are of Satan – wake up folks!
Christians generally believe at least 70 percent of the Law (Ten Decrees from Sinai), but we’ve been led astray from God and Jesus to trust someone who claimed to be an apostle to the Gentiles that was not – if the Teachings of God and Jesus are true. If you want to continue to believe in lies against the Teachings of God, stop reading now, because the unaltered Teachings of God and Jesus prove Paul was a liar, fraud and a fake. Christian Scripture has been altered and we have inherited lies from our “fathers”.
How can our Nation succeed if we reject the Instructions of God as Israel did? God has never reconciled His enemies to Himself, and His enemies are defined in the first two Declarations of the Ten Commanments to be those who refuse the Ten Commandments and YHWH to be the One True God as the foudation (Rock) of life and faith. The Hebrew to English translations prove this is true.
The Teachings of Jesus reflect the Teachings of God as taught by no other prophet in Jewish history.
From the Hebrew Gospel of Matthew, chapter 5:
16. Thus let your light shine before every man to show them your good deeds which are praised and glorified before your Father who is in heaven. Ex. 10-20. [Consider the righteousness of Abram was not his being a “Jew”, but as a man who feared God and lived a life in faithfulness to God and teaching his children and household the pathways given by God. (Genesis 26:5) It was not until Jesus (Yeshua) that we find the call to make disciples of His pathways from men of all nations, as taught in Matthew. The Hebrew Matthew was soon overshadowed and confused by mistranslation, alteration, and addition to what Christians now call the “New Testament;” this term was introduced by the first Christian heretic – Marcion.] [[All three Abrahamic faiths divide over who they believe Jesus was. Further divisions were introduced by Saul/Paul and alterations to Matthew and putting three other gospel accounts after Matthew that disagree with the testimony of Jesus’ disciples in Matthew before 40 CE. The “Christian” “New Testament” is not the inerrent word of God, it testifies against itself. }}
17. At that time Jesus said to his disciples: Do not think that I came to annul the Torah, but to fulfill it. Du. 4, 12, 13, *18, *34. Lev. *Gen. 49:10. Num. *Exodus 20; * Is 42,53 (and many other prophesies – but some were altered in the curent Christian “Scriptures”.
18. Truly I say to you that until heaven and earth depart not one letter or dot shall be abolished from the Torah or the Prophets, because all will be fulfilled. [[Ps. 89; Torah established as an eternal and everlasting covenant as told throughout the Torah: Genesis through Deuteronomy. Note carefully the prophecy about those of the nations admitting they had inherited lies. Who else has dared to tell you this truth?]].
19. He who shall transgress one word of these commandments and shall teach others, shall be called a vain person in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever upholds and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. {See “the blessing and the curse” as given by Moses. To uphold the Torah to be the manner of life and faith is blessed and to “chose life that ye may live!” To reject the Ten Commandments (and associated Scripure) of God is to reject God and the Everlasting Covenant, which is to reject life – according to YHWH Almighty.} {The word for “commandment”, per Jewish Rabbi’s, is the same root word as what links or binds us to God is the same basic word of what binds the husband and wife together – and love is at the core – not being obnoxious or unfaithful.]
Jesus was teaching the Torah, so we must be careful to understand the Torah if we are to properly understand the Teachings of Jesus from God. If Jesus taught against the Torah – God said to reject what he says to us – but from all I’ve found – Jesus did teach according to the Torah, Psalms and Prophets. Study editions of the Hebrew to English translations of the Jews show where they have received some teachings from their rabbi’s of record. It’s fairly easy to observe their misunderstandings of you use the Teachings of Jesus to assist your understanding. The Jewish rabbi’ have said some wild things that have no basis in the words of God. The Sabbath as Decreed included everyone, as well as their animals, so how can they think it only for themselves? The word of YHWH in Deuteronomy does not exclude the word of YHWH in Exodus! The Ten Decrees were given for all who desire to serve YHWH according to His Instructions in Righteousness.}
20. At that time Jesus said to his disciples: Truly I say to you, if your righteousness is not greater than the Pharisees and the sages, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Jeremiah 16:19-20; “YHWH, my Strength, my Stronghold and my Refuge on the day of distress! To you nations will come from the ends of the earth and say: “It was all falsehood that our ancestors inherited, futility that has no purpose. Can a man make gods for himself? – they are not gods!” I don’t know about you, but from what I’ve been able to see, this Scripture is certainly fulfilled today- we have inherited lies from our “church fathers” that have no accord to the Teachings of God (YHWH). (Or Jesus’ Teachings from God as in the Hebrew Matthew).
The first Decree/Commandment of God literally says not to “put another god on my face”, but this is what the “Trinity Doctrine” does. As the Hebrew Scriptures clearly say, there is only One God Almighty – there is no other. God called the false gods: “gods come lately” and “alien gods.” God also taught about men making their own gods to worship and pray to that are nothing but creations of their own hands and imaginations that are unable to help them because they are no god at all, but just a creation of their own hands, mere imaginations. Teaching salvation by grace alone, or faith alone is like selling a fake lottery ticket to someone that cannot be redeemed because it is not real – it’s a fake and a crualty to the one receiving it.
The God of the Bible revealed Himself, His NAME, and His will to men of all nations at Sinai. There should be no mystery of how God desires “My people” to live and believe. Neither is there a mystery of what Jesus taught in Matthew to be the pathway of life that his disciples will live, as he also fully taught the Everlasting Covenant as given by YHWH.
The confusion of 15,000 churches is from attempting to justify their beliefs in the other books in the New Testament that deny the Teachings of Jesus in Matthew and the Hebrew Scriptures and defer to the musings of human minds pretending to be “spiritual” or more authoritative than the Teachings of God.
Jewish Scripture maintains the NAME of God in the Hebrew, but the English translations don’t. How many Christains have dared to know the NAME of the God? Why have most removed His NAME from all their Scripture? How can we pray the “Lord’s Prayer” to “Sanctify” the Name of God if we don’t even maintain His Name in His Holy Scriptures?
How much “faith” does this show they have in God as they fail to serve Him because they have believed the writings of Paul instead of the Teachings and Decrees given by the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob??? Are we incapable to repent of the lies we’ve been force-fed? According to God in Numbers chapter 15, God will forgive UNINTENTIONAL sin against Him. Was it OUR intent to be lied to? God has declard since Eden that each person is CAPABLE and RESPONSIBLE to turn back to Him with a whole heart, and according to His Teachings and Decrees!!!
None of the Roman or Protestant reformers bothered to follow the words of God to make sure writings they put in the New Testament were in accord with the Teachings of God, as were the Teachings of Jesus in the Hebrew Gospel (Matthew). The Teachings of God regarding who He said to hear – and who He said to ignore – is of great importance.
(Jesus and all prophets must be judged true or false based upon the same instructions/ commandments of God that Paul absolutely failed to pass: (Deut. 4, 12, 13, 18) and that Paul said are passed away and were given as a curse to Isreal.
Deuteronomy 4 : Do not add to or take away from His Decree as given.
Deuteronomy 12: Don’t live by what is right in your own eyes; do the will of God faithfully.
Deuteronomy 13: Do the will of God faithfully. Don’t follow those who say to live otherwise – even if they work miracles or give true prophecy.
Deuteronomy 18: Do not use divination or sourcery. Do not follow false prophets. Hear the words of “that prophet” that God will raise up. Verse 18; “I will establish a prophet for them from among their brethren, like you, and I will place My words in his mouth; He shall speak to them everything that I will command him.” (Note Deut. 34 established the works done by God through Moses. Joshua led the people, but his works were not like Moses. No other prophet in Hebrew Scripture can compare to the works God did through Yeshua (Jesus).
**** Please see the last link, “Hebrew Gospel of Matthew” as proof our Bibles are altered. The ancient Roman Church gave us Paul. I’ve noted many problems and corrections, but these are only an initial effort on my part. It’s a starting point, and I hope many who are whole-hearted towards God also assist in ridding mankind of lies against YHWH and His just instructions for all mankind that desire His mercy and blessing as they return to living life as God intended it to be lived.
Protestants, Resorationaists and Reformationalists were all based on the false assumption that the Bible as received from ancient Rome is the inerrant word of God. After review of MANY factual and doctrinal problems presented in Christian Biblical accounts and history it is evident that the Hebrew Gospel of Matthew contains the fewest errors and it shows the other gospel writings are unreliable fabrications. We cannot judge the other gospels or Paul to be true until we understand what Jesus taught in Matthew. To judge in favor of the “apostle to the gentiles” before you know the Decrees of God, or the Teachings of Jesus in Matthew is placing your destiny into the hands of a liar and those who preach a fake gospel that defies the Teachings, Instructions and Commandments of God.
This needs to be said again: The gospel taught by Jesus shows Paul defied the Teachings of God and Jesus and totally invented doctrines with no basis in the word of God in the Torah, Prophets, Psalms or the records of Jesus’ Doctrine of God in Matthew. This is not said lightly, and proofs will be noted throughout these writings. God seeks those who will serve Him indeed through righteousness, justice and mercy – not imagined doctrines that have no accord with the words of God Almighty given at Sinai.))
“24:14. And this gospel, will be preached in all the earth for a witness concerning me to all the nations and then the end will come.” (Hebrew Gospel of Matthew)
Church Doctrine must be set aside if one is to know the good news taught by Jesus: “Repent, for the kingdom of God is near.” Preachers who end their sermons with “Say this prayer after me” and leave out the need to turn back and do rightly as God commanded in the Torah are in gross error because the words of God and Jesus are true. Repenting is to turn back to observe and obey God and is based upon faith that works the will of God by observing His Teachings, Instructions, Commandments and Judgments. God given works are readily observable. Without works that prove repentance, is there a change of status to obey God and grow in the pathway of life He instructed of those He calls “My people?”
As God told Cain, he was capable and responsible to overcome his own sin by “improving himself” – doing better – the pathway to life must be traveled one step at a time , and it is not attained by eating a magic cracker or belief that God will impute the righteousness of Jesus to anyone else but Jesus. See what Jesus had to say about repentance and doing the commandments of God in Matthew. Read the words of God; never did God impute the righteousness of the righteous to the wicked. Fact is, this would be in opposition to the Instruction, Commandment and Righteous Judgment of God and is easily seen in Ezekiel 18.
I remember a caller to a Christian radio program that the host invited her to: “Say this prayer after me and invite Jesus into your heart.” After the prayer she asked: “Is that all there is?” The host repeatedly assured her that there was no more required, and that if anyone said she needed to be baptized, that this was a “work”, and that according to the apostle Paul our works are nothing but filthy rags in the eyes of God, and pretending works – any work – even baptism – would be scorning the grace of God and the sacrificed blood of His only begotten Son to pay the price for sins of all who would call upon His name. This exchange repeated about three times with various supporting quotes of Paul before the woman stopped asking; “Are you sure that’s all there is?”
It was obvious to me that she instinctively knew there had to be more – and if the words of God and Jesus matter – there is much more. In effect the preacher was trying to perform a “spiritual abortion.” Thankfully men are created with a mind that can know the will of God since He gave His instruction to live by so we can know good from evil and what is holy from what is secular. As Micah said: “And what does God require of thee, O man, but to live justly, love mercy and walk humbly with thy God?” and which surely includes His plea that we “Do no evil.”
The gospel of Matthew alone contains the fullness of the foundational truths taught by Jesus. None of the other gospel accounts come close. Anyone can also review the sermon on the mount and see how deeply it goes to show that those God will bless are those who are keeping His Instructions in Righteousness as given throughout the Torah and most specifically to the Ten Commandments as contained in the Hebrew Scripture.
My father was a Church of Christ minister, as are two of my brothers. When studying out all the Teachings of Jesus I stumbled upon the fact that the virgin birth account in Matthew is not according to the Hebrew Scriptures (Isaiah was misquoted – altered). I’d been to some college level classes when studying to be a Bible major myself, but decided not to pursue the career, yet here I was 40 years later re-investigating the records in the New Testament and it seemed good to ask my dad, who had college and 60 years of preaching under his belt a question that seemed very pressing. “Have you ever heard of anyone going back to ensure the Greek translation of the Bible is according to the Hebrew Scriptures?” His reply was so short it was alarming to me at the time. What was it? “No. And I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” The things being brought up in this writing have been gained at great cost to family relationships and Church relationships, but as Jesus said – if we don’t love him more than our own family, we aren’t qualified to be his disciple..
When Jesus gave the great commission in Matthew he gave the outline of what it means to be a disciple. He didn’t call for ‘Christians’, but called for ‘disciples.’ In the great commission (Matthew 28:19,20) Jesus said to make disciples (of him) and teach those disciples to observe and keep whatever he had first commanded them (the original twelve disciples/apostles).
In the sermon on the mount, found in Matthew 5-7, Jesus says (7:24-27):
“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. (In the Hebrew Scripture, God and His Instruction and faithfulness to bless those who live as He instructed – His faithfulness to those He calls “My people” is “the Rock” of salvation and blessing.) But everyone who hears these sayings of mine and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”
At the end of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus made a specific point to identify “these sayings.” After review of translations, including the oldest Aramaic, and most recently, the lost Hebrew gospel of Matthew translated by George Howard, the matters given in this opening sermon provide key elements being established that all disciples must note. Further study into quotes of the Hebrew Scripture in the New Testament show dangerous alterations in the Christian Bible and can easlily be substantiated by study of the Dead Sea Scrolls Bible. On the page link of the “List” of his teachings are included a number of passages of Scripture to reference that should be an aid for additional insight to the fulness of what he was teaching that are not usually noted in Christian study Bibles. Since Jesus (Yeshua) gave key phrases that can be closely matched to Scripture of his day, we can gain additional understanding when those passages are reviewed in their context and the context of Jesus’ Teachings that prove his teachings are from God. The context of each finds explicit instruction from God that should never be set aside and will show far more depth to what Jesus was teaching than can possibly be understood apart from the words previously given byGod in the Hebrew Scripture. Distinguishing the reliability of the instructions of God can only be known through observation (hearing and doing) of the upright truth and proper understanding that does not deny or twist the word of God against itself. Where the direct word of God gives distinction – these distinctions show pathways of life that are not to be crossed or ignored – ensuring we know the will of God and where His blessing resides.
When we know the Instruction of God, we can easily see those who teach or demand otherwise. We can know what His truth is by observinng and doing His good will. Only Paul and the author of Hebrews – who was obviously one of Paul’s disciples – claim the Law was only given as a temporary measure until Jesus came. It’s very telling that both Paul and the author of Hebrews and Acts say that God did not give the Law – but that it came by angels, or elementals, as a curse or a placeholder until Jesus came – which turns the Teachings of God and Jesus on their heads. This is the easiest way I’ve found to KNOW Paul was an imposter.
Careful review of Matthew shows some alteration from what was written by the apostles, but fortunately the alterations can be identified through comparison to the Hebrew Scripture and Hebrew Matthew whenever those were altered by the Syriac, Roman, Protestant or Reformation Churches.
A side note to Mormons is that this same principle proves the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible is nothing but Joseph’s imaginations. The same test also shows the Orthodox choice to use the Greek Bible is an error. The same tests also show problems exist in the Jehovah’s Witnesses Bible. The truth and light of the Hebrew Instruction of God still shines and proves doctrines such as “Original Sin”, “Election”, ‘Predestination’, “Trinity”, “T.U.L.I.P.” and “Spirit filled life” pentecostal beliefs have no basis in the teachings of Jesus or the Hebrew Holy Scripture.
Jesus sustained all the pre-existing Instructions and Commandments of God, as noted from the Sermon on the Mount. Further study in the Hebrew Scripture and Dead Sea Scrolls of his day will show that God said to never get casual with His word, but to carefully observe the distinctions He made. The universal Law for those He called “My people” were given at Sinai – the Ten Declarations. None of those Declarations set aside His previously given Instructions.
God made provision for forgiveness of sin without the shedding of blood – contrary to what Paul and the author of Hebrews wrote. The previous word of God still remains as told to Cain, Isaiah or Ezekiel regarding sin and what is required by God to be accepted by Him. God did not declare that fallen man was incapable to do good, or incapable to overcome his own sin, or incapable of regarding the instructions of God. In fact, God told Cain that he was to improve himself and rule over sin so that it not possess and rule over him – which is to do what was right – upright – as God instructed – to turn back to do what God had instructed that was avoided, or left undone – which is to repent and do His good will. “And the LORD God said to Cain, ‘Why are you distressed, and why is your face fallen? Surely, if you do right, there is uplift (you will be accepted/forgiven). But if you do not do right sin couches at the door; it’s urge is toward you, yet you can be its master.”
Jesus gave hundreds of teachings, and each has important lessons in our discipleship to God (the Teachings of Jesus are from God) and walking within God given pathways of justice, righteousness and according to His mercy. We are counciled to not to be hearers only, but among those who are hearers and doers of His word. Jesus came to teach and manifest the faith, righteousness, grace, mercy, promises, hope, will, love and truth of God that leads to eternal life: how to live a just and reasonable life before God and man!
In Micah 6:7,8 we are told:
“Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams,
Ten thousand rivers of oil?
Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression,
The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the LORD require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?”
Jesus came to show us exactly what these things mean: to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God and our fellow man.
We are called to abide in the true, reliable and just words of God. In my dictionary the meanings of abide are: to wait for; to endure without yielding; to bear patiently; to accept without objection; to remain stable or fixed in a state; to continue in a state; to conform to; to acquiesce in. Faith in God and Jesus as the coming Christ is far more than a profession out of your mouth, the church you belong to, a spiritual feeling, or the system of religion that you practice. In the opening sermon of Jesus we are told to not just hear his words – if we want our ‘house’ to withstand the storms and floods, we are to be doers of what he taught. In the personal aspect of our faith we are told to abide in his words if we want to ‘know the truth.’ This can only be done if we rid ourselves of believing proven liars – such as Paul or preachers that tell us to defy the Instructions of God and Yeshua and place our trust in the false gospel of Paul.
“For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever he says to you. And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.” Yes, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days. You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, “And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.” Before Paul is introduced in Acts, these were the words reported to have been said by Peter at Pentecost, and they are in accord with the witness to Jesus in Matthew, but not in the fact that God had already called men of all nations to participate in His kindness by abiding in the Everlasting Covenant. Sinai came about 1500 years before Jesus.
Jesus’ call was to call men away from iniquity (lawlessness/Torahless). He was calling all men to return to do what God declared just and righteous that all God declared to be “My people” will make their purpose in life to observe and do. This was declared by all the prophets and what Jesus said is the pathway to life that his disciples will observe to do – to walk in the pathway of life that pleases God and brings His kindness, blessings and faithfulness to His word and instruction. Set aside all previous misconceptions taught by those who defied the Instruction of God – you are capable and responsible for your own life and actions – in word and deed. You can’t believe God or Jesus and think the Law of God was nailed to the cross and done away with.
The Testimony Of Jesus Christ
The very first teaching of Jesus in Matthew is “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” The first words of God to Cain – after the “fall” was that sin desired to possess him, but if he improved himself that God would accept him – forgive him; it was also said to be within his own capacity and responsibility to overcome sin – God never said anyone else is responsible for the sin but the sinner – who must turn back to do what God declared the manner of life “My people”, Jew and Gentile alike are to live. The total depravity of man doctrines are nothing but lies in the name of God.
